In the 13th session of the Christian Music Blog Podcast, I spoke with singer/songwriter, Matt Tinsley.
I always love finding new artists who are out in the pubs, coffee shops, and music venues – performing original music outside the four walls of the church building.
And here’s something even more intriguing to me:
Even though he’s pursuing a career as a songwriter, he loves leading worship every week at his home church. He effectively draws a line between his ministry as a worship leader, and his ministry out in the world as a singer/songwriter.
He’s an artist, singing about his life and doing it all unto the Lord as worship. And, as he’s doing so, he’s seeing opportunities to speak to people about Jesus.
He’s recently released his third project of original songs entitled Water and Stone. You can buy it at Bandcamp here.
